- KAKayti Askew2 days ago1.0I dont know how PTs stays open. They have their worst bartenders. Stopped in for a drink, no bartender to be found. When she finally emerged she was to busy stuffing her face and being on her phone to notice that there were customers. I waited and nothing. Worst bar in Vegas. PTs chain is the absolute worst. I never have a good experience

- GGgayeJan 23, 20263.0We had just returned to town and were so hungry. We ordered our usual favorites, the Italian sandwich, southwest eggrolls, and the Italian chopped salad, my favorite. Courtney, our server/bartender, was the best! Sadly, when our food was delivered by the cook in the back, I had to ask what it was. There was a bowl in front of me with chopped meat, no lettuce, nothing else that resembled a salad. Courtney discussed it with the cook and the cook developed an attitude in front of us, then told Courtney she wasn't remaking it, and to make it herself if she wanted it, and left for the back. Courtney apologized and was clearly embarrassed, trying to make an uncomfortable, bad situation better. She offered to get us something else, but I didn't want to put any more on her so just ate the eggrolls. That cook needs to find employment elsewhere. She had a serious attitude problem. This is one of our go to, favorite places to eat. We'll definitely be back, as Courtney, Tina and others are excellent, but management needs to relieve the cook of her duties or they may lose customers.
