  Today I got an offer for free wings with an order of 1 dollar. I've gotten this before and I always get multiple other items that are well over the required 1 dollar purchase. Every time though, i order EXTRA sauces on top of the extra items but for some reason, the guy never puts in the sauce that comes with the wings. In total, I ordered 16 wings. I have a hard time believing that 16 wings would not come with any sauces. I order extra so I can keep in the fridge for later but he never gives me the sauces that are supposed to come with it. And never puts napkins in the bag. So, I guess next time I will just only spend the dollar tip get the free wings. If he wants to be cheap on me then I'll go to another location and only spend 1 dollar since I'm going to have to drive to another location. Wings are good though so it's a shame. Oh and the machine asks for a tip. Which i always give but now I'm reminded that I don't always have to give one ESPECIALLY if there's zero service in this transaction. There's no tables to sit at. The only service is the guy handing me the bag of items which are cheaped out and missing items. So, I appreciate that this guy has alerted me that I need to start watching who I tip. This should be the LAST place asking for a tip. Certainly not if he's intentionally leaving items out. What a way to ruin a good product.

  About a week ago I had initially left a bad review had a really bad experience not with this Pizza Hut personally but with the online service provider that they use... However I decided to give them a second shot Seeing how they gave me a $20 credit. However the online service that they use that takes the orders could not find the credit at all. They transferred me to the store and I got to speak to a young lady named Hailey. She couldn't find the credit either however she was able to help me And she completely changed my view on this particular store. She was super helpful very customer oriented and very very nice. A lot of of these restaurants need more employees like her. So if you get a chance to read this good job Hailey and thank you so much .....

  I ordered big dinner box and Pepsi . It says bread stick comes with marinara sauce but there is no sauce and no 2 lt Pepsi that I ordered . That is unreal !!! I paid a lot for that and they didn’t give me what I ordered . And I payed for the delivered also ! That is not right!

  I’m baffled why they contracted Door Dash to deliver their pizza!? The driver had other deliveries and by the time he showed up with our pizza and wings, everything was cold!

  As a DoorDash or I expect the business, I am delivering food for be honest. I asked him why would they put in the system that the order is complete if they still going to make me wait 10 more minutes it makes it look like on my end that I am holding the pizza for 10 minutes and it messes up my ratings just because you guys lied and said the order was completed.
