  I placed my order online, but there was no one at the front to assist me. Customer service could use some improvement; the person who handed me my online order just said, “there’s your food,” and then walked away, leaving it on the counter.

  Food got delivered cold, pizza was not fully cut, breadsticks seemed like days old and so hard . Called the restaurant , the guy said oh its because we are busy. I said well is there anything you can do to help ? He told me no we are busy. I said can I talk to a manager or someone that can help me he left for 2 seconds and said no. I reached out to the contact info for pizza hut and still have yet to hear back .
