- TNTonya N.Mar 19, 20261.0DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE!!!! They took an additional 45 minutes from ETA without any notifications. On top of this, the pizza is all messed up. The box has obviously been tilted and probably fell. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I never got refunded my order and when I called to check on the status they said it was too late to be refunded for it. This isn't the first time this location has done this.

Gave them phone number i used, gave my other number- just in case, gave my email i used, first and last name, address, apt #- NOTHING. Asked if I could give them my order number, said they couldn't use it- so what's the point of the order number? Told me I had to call customer service and hung up. Contacted customer chat, since you can't directly speak to someone, and they couldn't do nothing except put in a "report" for the store team leader to review. Save your time and money and don't order from here!
- SHShadow HFeb 21, 20262.0Ordered a delivery simple 1 large pepperoni hand toss over and hr wait then got the notification thats its here go outside nothing 🙃 called the driver and store told me it was delivered to the wrong unit get the pizza and its cold with the seal cracked. Looks like it hasn't been touch but now I've wasted 17 dollars on a pizza thats going straight to the trash. It looks good but with it being delivered to another unit and having the seal ripped straight to the trash thanks for wasting my money and time.
