- AVAlan VillegasFeb 18, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Pizza Hut on 02/18/26. An assistant manager reversed a store credit that had previously been granted to us after a $45 pizza order was never delivered. I do not understand how one manager can approve a store credit for a clear service failure, only for another manager to later override that decision and refuse to honor it. We paid for food that was never delivered, and instead of resolving the issue, we are now being denied both a refund and the originally approved credit. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this location. Customer service should focus on resolving mistakes, not creating additional frustration for paying customers. I am requesting that management review this situation and honor the store credit or provide a proper refund. This could have been handled professionally, and I hope someone will step in to correct it.

I’ve been to other locations, and it’s always been better—this one was a waste of money. The cheese wasn’t like I see on TV or on the picture, where you grab a slice and the cheese is dripping. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I walked in and had to scan a qr code then scroll through the phone to figure out what I wanted to eat. Then staff was rude as hell but at least the food was hot and fresh but expensive! 39.00 for a supreme pizza and an order of bread sticks
