- LTLets TravelMar 11, 20262.0👎 Absolutely disgusting experience. I am a regular at Paneras all across the country and had been going to this one on and off for a few months. I ordered a salad as a mobile to go order and when I arrived home and opened the salad it had this nasty cigarette smell 🤢. I tried one bite of the salad and it had an overwhelming taste of smoke. Avoid this location!!!!! Still haven’t heard back from management I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future and id advise you do the same

While we waited, the staff seemed more focused on joking around and dancing than monitoring orders. To top it off, the coffee was poorly made. As an out-of-towner who rarely leaves reviews, I’m sad to say I wouldn't recommend this spot.

Tell me why I only got the bread bowl and NO SOUP. I’m sick and this is the only thing I wanted. Not that hard to read a goddamn ticket, scoop some soup into a cup and send it. Ridiculous.

Sniffling and coughing. It was VERY off putting considering they’re the ones handling our food. In addition, the person in front of me was trying to order a basic coffee and was told they’re completely out of milk. It was overall a very off vibe and I had to leave. Managers, do better.
