  Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Woefully under-staffed, they felt bad and didn’t charge us.

  Food took 25 minutes and had to ask for it. They couldn't seem to find my order even though I ordered at the kiosk inside. Not that busy at all either. Then I realize all the food is in line for the microwave. Disgusting, this place is the farthest thing from fresh. Processed microwaved poison is what this place serves. Now Im fighting for my refund.

  Panera is not a bad chain, this location is just a bad example. On three different visits, I have had items left out of my order that were supposed to be there. And when you point out that your Cobb salad is missing its chicken, and they sheepishly admit that they're out of chicken, you have to wonder if maybe they were hoping you just wouldn't notice. On my most recent visit, I got what looked like a half order, stuck into a full-order sized bowl. And it doesn't take a math genius to figure out that the two halves of the hard boiled egg have been reduced to only one half. They mean well, but management has a job to do here at this location.
