  Drive through took 30 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me. They also forgot to include half my order and haven’t been returning my call to get a refund of what they didn’t give me. This is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to.

  Came to pick up an order and the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. The girl at the front helped a little and I can't complain about her as I don't expect people to pretend to be super cheery. But, there was 1 guy in particular at the pickup area that was white, thin, and had glasses, and he was very rude. I was waiting for the order to be at least taped up as he just put the bag on the counter without taping it up. Another associate asked who I was picking up for and I told him I wasn't sure if it was finished and the guy with the glasses just said "well it's not back here so it's ready!" Then proceeded to be annoyingly rude to his coworkers telling them to stop doing literally nothing. It was just an extremely awkward experience and it's clear he is not a team player. Hopefully it was just a bad day...

  ​As a cross-country truck driver, I travel a lot and pass by this Panera often, which makes it even harder because I'd rather go to another location. I usually love Panera, and the frontline staff here were amazing, working hard to manage a long line, but I was shocked by the manager, Adrian. He was visibly rude and consistently demeaning to his staff, and you could just tell that as soon as he interacted with them, their morale completely died. It completely ruined the atmosphere, and it's hard to enjoy the experience when management seems like they're running a crew they don't care about.

  I left my house last night, which was Tuesday evening about 8 o’clock and I was hungry so I decided to give Panera bread a try for my dinner. This restaurant was located on tropical Parkway in Las Vegas Nevada. I pulled up to the drive through speaker and I started to talk and the lady said I would have to wait until she got back with me while I sat out there for 13 minutes then she finally came back. I gave her my simple order of a mix and match small sandwich and a bowl of creamy tomato soup and a diet Pepsi very low ice. I rolled up to the window as normal and I sat there for another 13 minutes. I could see a which look like a young lady with a ponytail and she had her back turned towards me. I could only see half of her body and then I saw two guys through the window, just laughing and not really paying attention to their job as I said, I sat there for 10 to 13 minutes. Nobody responded to me and I decided to leave. I’m gonna call corporate office tomorrow. These people are not doing the restaurant any good? I was quite disappointed. I ate at Farmer Brothers and that wasn’t even that great. I only ate half my sandwich in a few french fries and threw the rest away. Just wanted to let the world know what’s going on. Thank you.
