  I have to say, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced coming into an establishment to simply order a sandwich and soup. There were 2 ladies at the registers, one who was attending another customer and then there was Abigail, who absolutely turned her head away as we approached the counter as if she was looking at a fly on the wall. I had to ask this employee if she was taking orders and she responded yes but gave an eye roll as if I should have known. We come here all the time as our son used to work here and have always experienced great service and food. However today, is unacceptable and she embarrassed me as a customer making us feel very uncomfortable speaking to us in the tone she did when I asked if she's taking orders since we saw it was busy due to the soccer teams, and were ok to wait. Environment and food was great but she should have customer service training to help her deal with busy situations and a busy environment. Or you can choose to not work in a customer service environment, it's that simple. Just be nice especially when you're representing a company.

  Have to give five stars I go there very often however I'm so disappointed they got rid of the value duets. I won't be going as frequently because I can't afford it. But I'll still go on occasion. Also I'm dieting so Panera Bread is not ideal however I love Panera Bread 💗

  The customer service (cashier) is in desperate need of attention. The bread used for my sandwich was pretty hard. Hopefully, things improve.

  Really good meal tonight. Friendly employees. Yummy meal. Great soup and cinnamon crunch bagels
