  My friend and I dined here last night along with two of her friends. We ordered the sirloin steaks, while the others ordered salmon with two side dishes. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Our server, Michael, was inattentive and did not check on our table throughout the meal to ensure everything was satisfactory. Our appetizers took approximately 15 minutes to arrive, followed by an additional 30-minute wait for our entrées. When our meals finally arrived, both sirloin steaks were undercooked and raw, despite being ordered well done. Additionally, my friends who ordered the salmon reported that it tasted overly fishy, and their side dishes were incorrect. We also found the service from management to be lacking. The manager, Jermany, appeared unwilling to assist and did not make any effort to resolve the situation, such as offering compensation for the unsatisfactory meals. Furthermore, the host, Angel, responded unprofessionally when we attempted to get our server’s attention. Overall, this was a very poor dining experience, and we will not be returning. I hope future guests do not encounter similar issues.

  The shrimp, lobster, & sweet potato were amazing. My husband was not impressed with the chewy Sirloin and paper thin alice spring chicken. I had the regular margarita, it was good, a little in the sweet side though.

  The wings and the starter bread were great 😋 but my medium Sirloin came well-done. The table next to us also got their steak level wrong. Not even small treat for our birthday member, but at least they gave us extra bread.

  I’ve been coming here for a long time now and every single time I have had Kim as my server, she has done a phenomenal job. I’ve been a server for over 10 years and I have never been around a server that can do it as amazing as her.

  Party of 4, all regulars. Service started out great, other than they sat us at the smallest seat in the place. Once we received steak - 3 ordered it "medium" - one was cooked medium, one medium rare and the other rare. By the time the server came to check on us, it was way too long. Got the rare steak cooked more and everyone was nearly done. Dessert came with our meal. 2 got theirs right away and the other two didn't get it until they were almost finished. Was not very busy and it was very disappointing.
