My previous Nobu dining experience was from over a decade ago in another city. The entry from casino floor of the Virgin Hotel was small and understated however the restaurant progressively expanded from cozy lounge/bar area to the larger dining area. There is so much to choose from on the menu and because we wanted to sample things vs. commit to a single starter and main we opted for the omakase menu. It went on forever! (Like 9 things?) The presentation, seasoning and freshness of dishes were wonderful. The portions are larger than I expected and walked away feeling full. The staff was attentive to filling our waters and clearing our plates when we were truly done. The ambience was set for date night (low lighting) so pictures may not have come out as delectable as they were.
Almost about collapsed when I received my crispy rice; $24 for two bites the size of my eye is just criminal. Overall beyond mid, don’t get the hype quality is just not it.

Outstanding experience at Nobu at the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. From the moment we sat down, the service was next-level. Mirai was our server and absolutely delivered—knowledgeable, attentive without hovering, and clearly passionate about the menu and the brand.
His recommendations were spot-on and elevated the entire meal. What really differentiated the experience was the added context he shared about the Nobu concept and the history of this specific location—it turned a great dinner into a memorable one.
Execution in the kitchen was flawless, the atmosphere was exactly what you expect from Nobu, and the front-of-house performance (thanks to Mirai) was best-in-class. We’ll be back, and we’ll be asking for Mirai.

Wow! This is the best sushi I've ever had in my life! The service was amazing, he was very down to earth and quick with jokes too. The atmosphere was perfect the staff would chant these sayings in Japanese, I wish I could understand what they were saying but it definitely had that celebration type of vibes.
Ok back to the sushi and food. I'll be the first to admit.I'm not the biggest fan and my friends know it too. They ordered everything on the menu pretty much. I've never eaten tuna that was so soft and it was actually very tasty. One of the appetizers was tuna and a little piece of jalapeno pepper on it. It was delicious and the pepper gave it that nice blend. Definitely something new and very yummy. I ate whole peppers too which I don't eat either. Those were really good so that's a new thing I'm gonna start eating.
Thank you for a great experience!

Absolutely excellent food and service!!! Our server, Jeffrey was very knowledgeable, pleasant and ensured that we had a great experience. The chef special nigiri’s were super amazing especially the “Cho-turo” just melted in your mouth. My colleague ordered the Beef Tenderloin prepared in Toban Yaki style and he found it one of the best that he has ever had. The dessert “White Chocolate Pot de Creme” with cured cherry blossom and green tea sponge cake was the absolute best… every bite was an experience… loved it!!! Highly recommend visiting when in Vegas.
