  This is a MUST DO. If you want good food, good vibes and excellent service grab a ticket and show up a little early! Make sure to enjoy the outdoor drinking area. I hope you get Niesha as your server, she is so helpful and very enjoyable to chat with! We happened to meet the manager at the time Liz Simao, she brought so much aloha to the experience! Coming from Hawaii I felt right at home.

  100000/10, service was phenomenal - above and beyond. Elizabeth made sure everything was operating smoothly not just for our table but for the entire seating area, she made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Naiesha was super friendly and personable, but more importantly she had great recommendations - everything she recommended I get was amazing. Food was surprisingly very good, we got the burger and the loaded tots and they were both amazing. The atmosphere is super cute, it’s outdoors, with a shade as needed and a great breeze. The decorations and set up is so cute. Overall highly recommend 🤩💫

  Incredible experience! Love the fairy garden atmosphere. It is inside the Absinthe entrance but you don’t show your ticket to get in to the garden part. The star tots were delicious. Keep in mind the pricing is more like $35 for the $19 burger and tots and then $9 for a non alcoholic drink like a can of soda or a can of water. They don’t have tap water. Service was also amazing!

  not a million pct sure if it was because me and my son had a few drinks lol (probably not) but we thought it was the best burger we ever had in our lives, and the tater tots was a awesome extra bonus...you have to try this, it is a must...the chef probably thought we were crazy, because about 3 or 4 times we went back to tell him how great it was deserves 10 stars

  You do NOT need tickets to Absinthe to eat here. And what a fun vibe in the garden! It's such a great upscale food truck vibe. If you want a burger that will change your life and tasty tots look no further. We were staying at Ceasars Palace and it was such a convenient and delicious stop with no wait, no reservations required, and tucked away from the crowds. Seriously, forget the food court, and take a couple minutes to go enjoy their offerings especially their burger sauce. Chef kiss! The cocktails are also 10/10. Note: You need to go through the bag check for Absinthe to get to it, but don't let that stop you! It's worth the "hidden" nature.
