We had 100$ credit from Amex for booking the Cosmo. We were seated promptly and service was good but that's where the positives end. Food was very mid and if I actually had to spend money here I would have been upset.

I am a fan of David Chang and had wanted to try Momofuku for about a decade. When I came to Vegas for the first time this week, Momofuku was the first and only reservation I made. I found it surprisingly bland and disappointing. The spicy miso ramen really underwhelmed me. It was creamy but lacked any strong flavor, spicy or otherwise. I thought the pork shoulder in it was particularly bland. The cucumbers were also the only Asian restaurant cucumbers I’ve ever had that tasted like nothing. While the almonds were a welcome crunch, that was offset by the lack of flavor and really erratic size of the cucumber slices. Also, the green onion in the ramen was cut into ribbons that also varied wildly in width. Knife skills are like acting, you only notice if they’re really good or really bad. This was noticeably bad. Two other small gripes: my water glass smelled like wet dog in the way restaurant glasses smell if you don’t really wash them and I think unfinished disposable chopsticks are a weird choice at a place like this. Positives: Service was all very nice and attentive and I enjoyed watching the chefs from the counter. They also turned out other, higher end dishes that looked great. So maybe I ordered wrong. The food was definitely edible and I don’t want to oversell my problems, but my main takeaway was disappointment.

Momofuku is absolutely phenomenal! My cup never went empty and it was truly some of the best food I've ever had in my life. Greg was so knowledgeable and recommended the pork that melted into my mouth it was so tender. I’ve never even seen a steak cooked to that level of perfection and the black salt ice cream was so unique and flavorful. We went for a birthday celebration with the girls and it was the highlight of the entire trip. Thank you Greg for being so kind and attentive and thank you to the wonderful kitchen for making such delectable food. 100/10.

Made an online reservation for table, the reception lady tried to give us bar seating. Pushed back and she kept us waiting even longer. When we were finally seated, there were plenty of open tables available, she just didn't want to give any to us. The ramen (spicy miso) was terrible, it baffles me they are charging so much for such terrible food. The shrimp buns are okay though. Would not recommend, definitely overhyped.

Dining at Momofuku inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was an absolutely phenomenal experience. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was bold, inventive, and perfectly balanced—exactly what you hope for from Momofuku. The flavors were vibrant and layered, each bite somehow even better than the last. You can really feel the creativity and mastery behind the menu, and it makes the entire meal feel like a culinary adventure. What truly elevated the evening even further was the exceptional service from Lulu and Ariana. They were absolutely fantastic—warm, attentive, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure everything was perfect. Their recommendations were spot-on, their timing impeccable, and their energy made the whole dining experience feel effortless and fun. The atmosphere was lively, stylish, and buzzing with that unmistakable Cosmopolitan energy—perfect for a memorable night out in Las Vegas. Between the incredible food and the outstanding hospitality from Lulu and Ariana, this was easily one of the best dining experiences in Vegas. I’ll absolutely be coming back. 🍜✨
