  I wouldn't normally leave a bad review if something is accidentally left out of the bag. I've worked fast food and know how that happens. Heck, I normally wouldn't leave a bad review in general. I only do that when I know someone did something on purpose. And not always even then. But again, I've worked fast food and know how THIS happens too. I ordered 2 of one of their exclusive sauce flavors. There was only one in the bag. No big deal really. I let the manager know. She immediately did the right thing and tried to take care of me. Then she had to go into the back to find more of this sauce. Low and behold I got the last one. So what this means is, whoever packed the meal purposefully gave me less than what I paid for and hoped I didn't notice. It's factually on purpose since everything else was right. Deceptive business practices. Not okay. You should hire me as a corporate trainer because clearly McDonald's doesn't have a very good one. The right move is telling your customer you're out, and providing an alternative. And the fact that this was a petty sauce makes it worse than an expensive item. Because it they'll lie about something so tiny, and hope I'm fine before noticing, and assuming no one will make a fuss over a sauce packet, what else will they lie about?

  Not sure if server has Tourette’s but to be sworn at as food is being delivered then have straw thrown at you is crazy. Also I don’t have high expectations but the burger patties were burnt to a crisp and the burger was just thrown together. I order a Big Arch and now I see why the CEO didn’t want to eat it. I’ve ordered here before and it was fine but something has happened here and this McDonalds needs to either go or have their entire staff replaced.

  Ordered from the kiosk, got a receipt, then picked up food. Very efficient but looked a little lonely without people at the counter.

  Love the sausage and egg mcmuffin! Specialty coffee is good- but it depends on who makes it - as it's not consistent.

  The Big Arch was barely okay. It did not hit the spot as I'd hoped. It is BIG but it just didnt have a great taste. It had more of a wanna be BIG Mac flavor too it. For the price, $10.18 🤯 go to In-n-Out, a restaurant you know or the Chili's 3 for me deal $10.99, where you know you get your money's worth.
