    I went to this McDonald’s several times around 2:30 in the morning, the website said it’s 24 hrs, but no one responded at the drive thru, and we looked at the drive thru window and the entire place was dark, so I called and someone picked up said “hello”, I tell them my issue and all of a sudden they don’t speak English and all of a sudden hung up

    I've brought this up before but I guess it just doesn't sink in . If a customer orders their food a certain way , you would expect it to be done correctly. Question.... why even have a customization area to customize your food if your employees are not going to adhere to what the customer wants . I always ask for extra onions on burgers . I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers with extra onions , no pickles and no salt . Seems they can sometimes get two outta three right . But for some reason , getting extra onions seems to be to much of a chore for your employees. I included 4 photos of my burgers . Can you tell me if this is extra onions you see on the burgers ? I think not , just the standard amount they always put on burgers .....

    Super annoyed today. Placed an order ahead and went in to pickup and lady wouldn't give me my order because it was a "drive through" order number not "pickup." I lived in NYC for 17 years and ordered all the time. Never heard of that in my life and I did have the number on the app. You couldn't give me my food? Not eating here again. As I always say, I have to give great customer service at my job but I dont get the same when I go out. Such a shame.

    I was not going to be write a review but here I go… I ordered $30 worth of food and it was placed ALL in one bag. Right when I got out of my car, the entire bag broke open dropping everything. Mostly everything was wrapped that was dropped, minus the fries I lost but still not ok. I called, spoke with “Marmally, Marble, Maribel” (something like that on March 16th the 9pm hour), just to ask that they try not to do this in the future. I was not asking for any kind of free food and she ended up hung up on me. Not OK! Do better!!!!

    I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during a recent 3/2/26 visit around 9:30 PM on the night shift. The manager on duty, Marvey, handled my concern in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. After getting home, I realized that my nuggets were missing from my order. I called the restaurant to explain the situation. Marvey informed me that I would need a receipt. I explained that I believed it might still be in my car. I also asked if the fries could be remade, and she stated that I would need to bring the entire meal back to the restaurant. When I returned to the location, I decided to request a refund instead, as the interaction over the phone had already left me feeling uncomfortable. I respectfully mentioned that I felt she was rude during our call. Her response was, “Why? Because I asked you for your receipt?” which came across as dismissive rather than addressing my concern. I understand that policies must be followed, including providing a receipt. However, customer service is also about tone, professionalism, and showing empathy when resolving issues. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are treated with more courtesy and understanding.
