  They always ask us to pull forward and this time they tried to say they gave us food we didn't have. They also forgot our sauces.

  I was at this mcdonalds this evening and a group of highschool kids was talking about stealing a customer phone. I feel like the hispanic worker allowed the teens to get disrespectful towards the customer because she was black. They started calling her names and saying they wouldve taken her phone and ran. The worker tried to make it seem like it was the black customer fault too so she wouldnt have to make the hispanic teens with a mixed black teen leave. What bothers me is they were calling the woman derogatory names after they were plotting to steal her phone. The worker tried to make it seem like she left her phone unattended when i saw her eating and sitting watching it the whole time. The worker didnt want the black customer to defend herself against the teens. I watched her stop talking and they would wait and start escalatihg it again. I see her and her daughter in this restaurant sometimes twice a day at least 6 days per week. The little girl always begs to eat here. They attended a school event here recently. Her mom said she needed to charge her phone to order and to see when their ride was coming. I waited for them after they left to see if the teens were still outside and to give them a ride home if they needed. She declined so I waited for them to make sure they got in their ride safely. I'm all for standing with your own but im also for calling your own out when theyre wrong too. I told her i wouldnt blame her if she never went back here again. I think if she did what the teens did the workers wouldve kicked her out fast.

  The old woman with the harsh eyeliner at the drive thru window is rude as hell. I told her that she forgot my hash brown and she said “you didn’t get a hash brown pull forward”. Ummm…. Yes I did. So she went and got me the hash brown, tossed it at me with no apology or cheesy customer service verbiage to follow. If she’s too old and mighty to be serving people then maybe she should retire. I also wanted to add something to my mobile order and they told me I’m not allowed to do that and that I would have to pull around, even though there was nobody behind me. They’re creating a lot of customer inconvenience rather than customer service. And not on this instance in particular, but on any given occasion, really, these people couldn’t get an order right if their life depended on it, you would think that they didn’t have a ticket to refer to.
