  Slow service, shouldnt take 18 minutes to get 2 cars through the drive thru. What a joke really, do better

  I normally avoid this McDonald's, because I frequently get the wrong item. I am always in a hurry and don't check the order (I know I should). Today, I was running late and decided to give them another chance. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle. The person taking the order repeated my order, and it was correct on the screen. I paid and went to the first window to pick up my order. The person repeated my order again, and I trusted her. I got to work, and once again, I got a biscuit. I am so over this location. It would also be nice if the person at the window showed a little bit of customer service. "Here is your McGriddle"....window shut). You're welcome, have a nice day. I guess I shouldn't expect kindness or an acknowledgement at all. I need to lower my expectations.

  i called this location asking for the grimace shake and also went to the location to ask for it and a black gentlemen said and i quote “yes we have the grimace shake along with grimace ice cream, shamrock shakes, and shamrock ice cream, we got all that” only for another employee to tell me they do not have it after i paid for it and drove to the next window. He should not be misinforming customers of items that are not available. Very irritated and he should be retrained or fired.
