    This is the slowest McDonald’s I ever been to. I have tried to give them a couple of chances when I order my food but every single time I go, they take more than half an hour to get my food done. There has been times that I have just ordered a single french fry with a drink and they take 10 minutes to give it to me. I wish the customer service was a little bit better. They should have someone come out and say sorry for the delay so people can know that they’re working on their orders.

    On the afternoon of 2/10, around 1:30–2:00 p.m., I went to McDonald’s as usual. I placed my order and everything was fine. When I asked for my order to go, I was leaving with my hands full and, without realizing it, I dropped my receipt. A manager named Joseline spoke to me in a rude and commanding manner and said, “You dropped your receipt, aren’t you going to pick it up?” I do not believe this is the correct way to treat a customer. In this country, the customer should be treated with respect, especially when there was no reason to speak to me in that way. I respectfully ask that you review this manager’s behavior toward customers. I would appreciate it if you would take my opinion into consideration and take appropriate action.

    It’s a nuisance to have to keep asking for things like ketchup and napkins at the counter. Dined in last night. Everything was made fresh, I can’t remember the last time I had such tasty McDonald’s. I hope I get the same staff next time around
