  People act like they hate their jobs. Drive thru always forgets sauces, drinks or ice cream. In store is not even an option anymore for us. Just drive up a little more to the farm rd location.

  My wife and I ordered 2 Quarter Pounder Meals. The fries were cold and limp. The beef patties in the Quarter Ponders were cold as well. We dined in and were very disappointed. At the prices they are charging the food should at least warm/hot.

  Seriously, purely grossed out; went to this location on 04/01, ordered a McMuffin and Frappe, order took around 20 minutes for two items. I had to have my sandwich sent back initially, since they left off the sauce (which was extra in cost), second time was my fault (they’d put a whisper of sauce under the cheese; not very “light” when it’s basically a LaCroix-like essence of it). However, after checking the first time I sent it back, there was a booger inside of the sandwich; a part of me wants to believe it’s lettuce, but there’s no lettuce whatsoever in the breakfast meal period, so… Since they were proud enough of their masterpiece to provide it to me, I thought I’d share their handiwork like a child’s drawing on the fridge. I’ll run it by their corporate office as well, I wouldn’t want them to miss out on it too.

  Horrible service. They don't even talk to you when you ask questions. They just turn and walk away. They also say your online order is ready when it's still 5 minutes from being complete so the wait time numbers don't look bad for them.

  Given another reviewer's recent post regarding employee hand-washing at this location, I am posting my review to encourage management to take a closer look. This is only an observation and not a definitive link. My partner had a stomach issue within 2 hours of eating breakfast here (coffee and a breakfast sandwich) this week. Most symptoms subsided once the meal was cleared from his system. I would encourage management to be proactive and ensure employees are adhering to hygiene policies. This post is NOT intended to "put down" this establishment It is meant to be helpful in the event this is really is an issue and that it is going unnoticed.
