  This happened like almost 2 months ago but I just remembered about it We were in the drive thru and did an order, when we went to the 2nd window to get it we noticed they didn't put the other two things we ordered so we told them hey we ordered 2 more mcChickens, and the guy said someone didn't put it in the order, so then they asked for the card to pay for it, then the guy tells us to pull forward but we told him you have our card still, he tells his manager (she was a Mexican girl with black hair) and she says to him she still needs to charge it to have us pull forward and they'll give the card to us when they give us our food. I told him respectfully sir but I'm not doing that, that's my card and I don't feel comfortable. That's really weird for you guys to say that to a customer cuz that's not appropriate. So then the manager just charges us, gives us the card and we pull forward, that was the end of it. But for a manager to say about holding onto the customers card to charge it, that's actually really unacceptable.

  That girl that worked friday afternoon, the one that had caterpillar eyelashes that we're gonna eat up her face, yeah she could do better at her job thinking she's better than all the customers. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender.They gave me 1 dipping sauce, and 3 chicken tenders but cut one and half. I ORDERED A 4 PIECE CHICKEN TENDER If y'all are trying to say I need a diet, YOU ARE WRONG

  We come here for breakfast all the time, 6-7am, more then 60% of the time sausage biscuits seem to be pre-made and taste old. Sausage taste like it's been sitting and looks like it was cooked/stored in water, the biscuits are hard, chewy, cold. And don't ask for any modifications to your order, if you ask for cheese, you will get charged but it won't be on your sandwich. The hashbrowns are soggy, and not cooked long enough (like the frys), sometimes they are cold. This mcdonald's used to be good, but over the last couple months has gone down hill. The workers don't seem to care anymore, my order never comes out correct.
