Everytime I come here for the drive thru, it's an agonizing long wait of at least 20mins or longer..... it's slower than in and out even!

Thanks for the pile of grease I was just given. There was so much grease it soaked thru the bread and even the box! (That’s wild) I also asked for fries with no salt, it tastes and looks like (bc there’s still salt on my fries) they just dipped it back in the fryer, yay more grease. Graveyard shift or not, do better. How do I upload a picture!

I had a very frustrating experience at this location of McDonald’s today. I frequently use the app and rewards program, and today I came in to redeem the free fries promotion after a Vegas Golden Knights win. I arrived at approximately 1:57 PM and placed my order at the kiosk for fries with no salt, along with the reward I had earned. While waiting, it quickly became clear that the staff was prioritizing the drive-through almost entirely, leaving customers in the dining area waiting with little communication. Several people around me were visibly frustrated because their orders were taking a long time, and multiple customers were given the wrong orders. After waiting for quite some time, I asked for a couple of cups of water and was told no, so I continued waiting. Eventually the manager approached the counter, and I asked about the fries I had ordered with no salt. Instead of simply checking the order, she questioned me about which kiosk I used and how I placed the order, as if I needed to prove that the fries were mine. By that point it was already around 2:15 PM, and I had been waiting nearly 20 minutes. I politely asked for my receipt and requested a soda due to the long wait, but the manager declined and told me she could not do that. I then had to wait an additional five minutes before the fries were finally ready. When I finally received the fries, I again asked for a cup of water, which was eventually provided. At that point I let the manager know that I planned to call and report the experience. To be clear, I understand the fries were a reward promotion, and I appreciate that McDonald’s offers these perks to customers. However, the issue wasn’t the free item — it was the lack of customer service and communication. No one acknowledged the long wait for the dining room customers, and it felt like those inside the restaurant were simply ignored while the drive-through was prioritized. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews like this, but the way customers were treated during this visit was disappointing. If you have another McDonald’s location nearby, I would honestly recommend going there instead. Update After my earlier experience, I decided to return and speak with management at McDonald’s, and I’m glad I did. I had the opportunity to speak with a manager/owner named Flow, who was extremely kind and professional while listening to my concerns. He took the time to understand the situation and handled it respectfully. Flow ended up providing the soda that I had requested earlier, which I really appreciated. Jordan also stepped in and continued the positive experience by apologizing for the earlier interaction and making sure everything with my order was exactly how I wanted it. That level of attention and accountability made a big difference. While my first visit was frustrating, Flow and Jordan truly helped turn the situation around with their professionalism and willingness to make things right. Two stars for Flow and two stars for Jordan — thank you both for stepping in and making the experience much better. It’s always appreciated when management takes the time to listen and ensure customers leave satisfied.

I witnessed the manager, Naomi, throwing items at a customer while I was waiting for my food. During the incident, she continued throwing drinks, and some of them struck me. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The manager demonstrated very poor conflict resolution skills, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. No customer should ever feel unsafe while inside your establishment. Due to this incident, I will not be returning to this location. This occurred on Wednesday. I have attached a photo of the manager involved in the incident. She is the red.
