  multiple employees standing around talking in the back while I can see my food sitting there for 12+ minutes.

  Both Girl and Boy drive thru employees are the rudest people ever and should not be taking orders!!! Neither one of them listen i was trying to pay for my sauce and girl did not listen she was trying to brush me off and wouldn’t get my app information 2nd window the Boy apparent manager was told nicely not to forget my sauces as he told me to go park and wait for my order he also wasn’t listening to what I said and he deliberately failed he did not give me any of my sauce they can’t work under pressure and lack customer service skills like no other so disgusting. This specific location is by far the worst McDonalds In the valley they are usually empty inside but they are always in such a rush to take your money and next like as if they are production workers. They don’t listen how are they still in business is beyond me!!!!

  The food is really good and fresh but if you go through the drive through they ask you to be park and the will take so long.Every time I have come here they are always telling me to park.But if you put that to the side the food is super good and fresh.The people that work there are sometimes friendly and nice.

  There’s honestly no point in going through the McDonald’s drive-thru if they’re just going to park every single car. The whole reason people choose the drive-thru is for convenience and speed. Instead, you order, pull forward, and then get told to park and wait anyway. At that point, it defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. If the kitchen is backed up, it would be better to manage orders differently rather than parking almost every customer.
