There was a homeless lady by drive thru with no pants begging for money and a homeless guy at other side of drive thru begging. Food was cold and staff not so friendly, avoid if possible!!

When I asked him what the status was with one of my food items, he only shot a thumb over his shoulder and said nothing in a dismissive manner. Very rude. They need to be restrained at better customer service and respect here.
