Food, meh,it McDonald's,but as someone who works in the food industry, the workers here aren't taking the job seriously, some do however, but 17 minutes to get my 4 piece nugget order is insane especially while the place isn't very busy,no more that ten customers inside, and 6 customers at the drive through, many people who had ordered even before me waited for their single drink, some even had waited 20 minutes without getting the item placed umin their order bag,the staff here needs to be trained again,by better people, the job is simple, there are harsh days, but this day, slow as can be? Not very acceptable, service and atmosphere,1 star,3 star for food, well because it's food😑,not much about it,they gave me more than I asked for,why am I complaining, well it's the food industry, what a person pays for, they get,no need to increase portions bro😑,just give people what they pay for

This McDonald's flies a United States flag out front. I noticed it on my way in, and by the time I left I couldn't think about anything else. What I saw was not a flag being honored — it was a flag being neglected, and I cannot let that go without saying something.
I want to be clear about something before I go further: I am not some outraged passerby looking for something to complain about. I am a combat veteran. I have bled for what that flag represents. I have stood at attention while it was folded into a triangle and handed to a grieving family. I have watched brothers and sisters take their last breath under the same sky that flag is supposed to honor. So when I say what I'm about to say, understand it comes from a place of earned authority and barely contained fury.
Flying a United States flag is not a decoration. It is not a marketing tool. It is not a way to signal vague patriotism while you go about your day completely indifferent to what that symbol actually means. That flag — your flag — is a disgrace. The white stripes have gone gray with neglect. At least one stripe is missing a quarter of its fabric, hanging there ragged and incomplete. This is not wear from proud, long service. This is the result of someone simply not caring enough to look up.
The U.S. Flag Code is not a suggestion. It is federal law. It states clearly that a flag should be replaced when worn, tattered, or faded. Your flag checks every one of those boxes. The standards are not complicated. They are the bare minimum expected of anyone who chooses to fly it. You cannot clear that bar.
Here is what genuinely enrages me: what you are doing is not patriotism. It is the costume of patriotism — the appearance of respect wrapped around total indifference. And I want to be direct: it would actually be more honest, and in a twisted way more respectful, for you to simply take that flag down and dispose of it openly as trash than to leave it up there as a symbol of how little you think of what it represents. At least that would be an honest statement. What you have now is cowardice dressed up as pride.
In an era when this country's leadership at every level has spent decades failing the people who served it, it falls on citizens and businesses to at least try to hold the line on the ideals others were asked to die for. You are failing that test spectacularly.
Fix it. Replace the flag, follow the code, treat it with the dignity it demands. Or take it down — but understand that disposal comes with rules too. A worn flag is to be retired in a dignified ceremony, preferably by burning. The American Legion and VFW both hold retirement ceremonies for exactly this purpose. There is no step in this process where you simply stop caring.
Either option is more honorable than what you are doing right now.

I went to this McDonalds and I order food inside on my own. This food was for my son and not for me. It’s disgusting that I saw one of the employees eating fries and sticking his hands where they put the fries. He then proceeded to serve me fries out of the tray where they had the fries at. I asked for a manager and I asked him nicely I wanted fresh food. One of his employees started complaining and whining saying omg! I am frustrated the fact that they gave me old fries after waiting inside the McDonald’s. No one acknowledged me after all. The employee gave me my food and I said thank you. He didn’t respond and it’s the same one that was complaining about me asking for fresh food.
