  Kiosk ordering only. Stupid kiosk was screwing up and couldn't get a receipt. Food was decent, but only lukewarm. They did get the order correct, so that's a positive.

  -"Sir, did you take the right drink"? -Uh, well, I think so, it was served with my food. -"Well, I made your drink just now" No number/receipt placed on either drink...hmm They're open late, so that's a positive, I went there at 1:00 am on Sunday. Place was clean, but no digital menu display, which was odd but whatever.

  I had a very frustrating experience at McDonald’s. The self-order kiosk kept asking me to scan a code, but there was no clear explanation of what code to use. When I tried, it kept showing errors like “Hmm that didn’t work. The system is confusing and not user-friendly at all. No staff came to help, and I ended up wasting time trying to figure it out. This needs to be fixed customers shouldn’t have to guess how to use the machine.

  Expectations were low, but somehow I had to lower them even more. Just wanted a fast, cheap breakfast. It turned into a half an hour wait (was maybe 4 orders ahead). Everything in there was nasty. Likely cleaner to eat off the sidewalk on the strip. Oh, my order was completely wrong. I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes so I ended up eating it. Was decently cold. Not a single employee wanted to be there, perhaps if you don't want the job, don't apply for it.

  Terrible customer service today. The pick up window was shut on me multiple times this morning!! this person was extremely rude. She was wearing a face mask like she always does every single day, black face mask and she was extremely rude. Does not support the Ron Macdonald mission at all and should be fired she has terrible customer service. She didn’t even let me finish giving my order when she cut off the speaker and then complained about me not giving her the two orders I needed. customer service was terrible and that is not what McDonald’s is about. I am a daily customer, and I am very upset with this type of expression towards me for no reason. She is probably racist. very rude and not the way I wanna start my Monday. Terrible job Mc Donald’s.
