  So slow to bring out orders. 9 times out of 10 even with using the app,I go through the drive thru and they ALWAYS make me pull forward to wait an additional 10 minutes minimum. Mind you it was already 10 minutes after I placed the order. 20 minute wait times is not fast food especially ordering ahead. Staff never remember sauces or condiments and never provide receipts. Can't report it bc I cant locate the store number which is required for the report.

  As someone living with epilepsy and an experienced traveler, I expect a certain level of clarity and accessibility—especially from major brands like McDonald's. Unfortunately, my recent visit at a Las Vegas location fell short. I ordered an iced coffee using the rewards kiosk, but there was no receipt paper available, leaving me without a clear order reference. To make matters worse, when my drink was prepared, the associate didn’t call out my name on the label on the cup. This created unnecessary confusion and stress in a busy environment—something that can be particularly challenging for someone managing a neurological condition. For a company that prides itself on efficiency, this experience felt disorganized and inconsiderate. Basic steps like labeling orders and maintaining kiosk functionality should not be overlooked.
