  I've had cold food several times with no problem replacements. Manager helps right along with employees and is super professional and hard working. Sure says a lot about how the place is ran. Also had an incident with my caramel extra added on top of my drink.... They charge almost a dollar and I was told they don't do drizzle. In fact. I was turned away with the exact same amount of caramel as I had on my first drink which I didn't pay anything for. The manager was unwilling to fix my drink or provide the drizzle stating that corporate said that that was no longer a thing nor was it ever. I go back everyday and I get a drizzle other McDonald's no problem and this one's still sometimes depending on who's working. The rules and regulations are not coherent/the same for all employees. Training needs to be better for all what's a general understanding of the rules so everyone doesn't feel short-changed..... This is for all McDonald's not just this one. I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants... So my review probably isn't the best if you are in a McDonald's or fast food eater. They have excellent daily deals if you log into the app!! Each dollar you use is 100.7 with 200 to 300 points you can get a free sandwich and with 400 600 points you can get a free drink/coffee frap and other various items. This user-friendly app is really easy to use just enter your code when you enter the restaurant on the kiosk and before you know it, a day or two after going there you'll have a free ice cream cone on a hot day or a free bite to eat when you really need to use your $ for other things than eating! 🩷

  Food was normal, however i had to go in and get it and it was sitting on the counter when I did mobile order pick up for them to bring to my car. They didn't make up for it in any way, no apology and when I saw it I told the manager to hand me that bag and no questions or a thought just handed me the bag and I laughed and walked out.

  The young woman working the morning window hands over the food and coffee smelling strongly of perfume, and she has a terrible attitude; when you ask for ketchup or hot sauce, she acts as if she doesn't hear you. I will not be returning to this location.

  I ordered a simple mcdouble and hotnspicy, the Mcdouble it was sloppy looking and buns were stale like it was under a heat lamp already pre-made, and the hotnspicy was fine til I realized there was no mayonnaise like it should've came with, always ask for it fresh at this location, get your money's worth, lucky I wasnt a secret shopper because the product quality was terrible.

  Place is open 24 - 7 but they are always closed at early hrs in the morning. Saying there system is down. BS!!! Then I see a car come behind me that was able to ider after they told me they were closed because of the system being down!!
