  I once gave this location 5 stars , untill a recent bad experience. I was in a rush to work, I come here often. I decided to do curb side pick as it's been quick before. Again I am in a rush, I place my order at 9:09am. So I wait and I am very patient person. I was reading my emails and then I realize no body is coming. I have ge out of my car to see what the issue is when by that time it's 9:15!! I am like why is this order taking forever??? No in the kitchen paid attention so the order was ignored!! By the time I got my food order it was 9:19am!! Get to my offer that is 5 mins away and my food is cold!! Eveytime I order to go my food and drive to my office it's still warm. Not this time. I really don't understand how they can miss an order like that ?? ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They just handed me my food like NOTHING HAPPENED!!

  Waited 17 minutes for my breakfast after ordering at the kiosk. I watched as employee after employee walked by my food and didn't bring it to me. The entire staff of this McDonald's is Spanish speaking and were having fun talking and laughing and ignoring guests in the dining area to focus on the drive thru and delivery orders. Terrible service!

  I ordered, and I checked my bag to make sure every food item was cooked to order and fresh. His name is Kirali Tupuola. He is such a hard worker and very respectful. I love it when he says, “Hello, how was your day so far?” but he is the sweetest I've ever met at the drive-thru.
