  Don’t order online at this location. Yesterday 4/7/26 around 6:30am they made everyone wait for over 20mins, they locked the doors and they weren't answering any calls. they decided not to tell us that they couldn’t make any of the orders until around 7am. they just told me they couldn’t do anything and to cancel it on my phone, which I tried but they put it as “already being made” so I couldn’t canceled it. I have been calling to get my money back but apparently this location has a lot of complaints so its gonna take a few days. That’s if I can even get my money back. Save your money, go to a different McDonald's or order through their drive thru.

  I often visit late at night either while doordashing or just to get some food. Every time I visit I always get the nicest hospitality by what I think is the managers. Those two are always running around the store ensuring everything is being handled correctly. They’re always very nice when greeting me at the windows. And the food quality is always perfect for McDonald’s standards. These two both excel in customer service. I unfortunately don’t have their names I just know them as the black guy and I think ginger guy. Nonetheless, kudos to them both.

  Had a completely despicable visit - ordered the chicken sandwich classic with 2 strips of bacon - made it all the way home, first bite not so tasty, second bite felt completely raw in my mouth after chewing. I went all the way back - asked to speak to the manager, had the absolute joy of speaking to “Jacob” who couldn’t even make eye contact with me in the beginning, took his glasses off his face and wiped them on his shirt and said “what’s up” I said “ my chicken is raw on my sandwich ” and he said “hand it to me and let me try it” I said “you’re going to try my sandwich?? “ and his whole team was standing behind him laughing & giggling and he took a knife and fork and cut into the sandwich and said I was a liar and that I was insulting his team of highly intelligent people and the only thing he would do for me was remake my whole order, I said I don’t want my whole order remade I just want my money back? I don’t want to try it again after I just had raw chicken pop in my mouth and he said “well you made a rude comment about my highly intelligent team and this is what I can do for you” I did ask his last name but he was listing everyone that hired him and saying I could talk to someone higher and question and insult their intelligence as well. I was like what the hell? These are young, super young adults and this is the example he’s setting as a manager as they all just stand right behind him laughing and giggling?!? I absolutely 100% think it needs to go to corporate.

  I went through the drive through for the breakfast and ordered pancakes and 2 hashbrowns, so so so good!! 7 dollars!! They asked me to park in a spot because the pancakes were hot and so were the hashbrowns, so we waited in spot 1 and when they came out they came out with not only my order but extra condiments in the bag AND a little tray to ask if we wanted any more. These people were also so nice and if I could give 10 stars I could. Perfect experience

  This was my first visit to this McDonald's located at Rainbow and Lake Mead. I was really hungry and exhausted from an Amtrak train trip from Savannah,Georgia to Las Vegas, Nevada. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a young lady that immediately asked if I needed any help on the self ordering kiosk. Being visually challenged I said yes and she placed my order for me. She also did it with a beautiful smile on her face and appeared to enjoy helping customers. I was extremely impressed with her excellent customer service skills and even told her that McDonald's needed to clone her at all their stores. She actually appeared as if she enjoyed her job and not once did she roll her eyes and act as if she was only there to collect a paycheck and only wanted to do the minimum to receive it. I wished I had gotten her name but unfortunately I was so tired I didn't. She was working on the breakfast shift on Monday March 16th 2026. She also was delivering food to the online orders as well. If anyone from McDonald's corporate office reads this, ya'll need to do everything in your power to keep this diamond in thr rough super employee as long as you can. She is very professional and is good for business. It was an absolute pleasure meeting her today and I know she has a great future ahead of her. My only concern with this McDonald's is that one of my SEC McGriddles was fresh and delicious and the other one was not. The bread was hard and the egg and and sausage was not juicy.
