Pretty disappointed, we came in as a party of 6, our child is in a wheelchair and we asked for a wheelchair accessible table, we were brought to a table that had the wheelchair in the walkway, she was kicked 6 times by people walking by. I did express my concern with the table when they seated us and the lady seemed annoyed.

One of my favourite restaurant chains in Vegas however this location is lacking.
It was very busy which could be part of the reason.
The washroom was filthy
The servic took a while the food was nothing great. (Tortilla soup was great though)
Henderson Located puts this one to shame. Hopefully was just an off day.
Price still good

I am sharing an experience today at the Summerlin, Las Vegas location that was, frankly, unacceptable — especially as long-time, paying customers.
My husband and I have been regular guests at this restaurant for several years. We are also members of the Beer Club and routinely include this location as part of our game day tradition at Las Vegas Ballpark. We had an 11:15 AM Easter Sunday reservation.
We fully understand that holidays are busy and were prepared for delays. What we did not expect was to be completely overlooked for nearly an hour.
Here is what occurred:
• We waited approximately 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated
• After being seated, we sat for another 20 minutes without any acknowledgment — no server, no water, nothing
• We had to flag down a passing employee just to receive water and place our order
• After ordering, we waited another 20+ minutes with no drinks or follow-up
• Meanwhile, multiple tables around us — seated both before and after us — were served
At that point, after nearly an hour of being ignored, we made the decision to leave.
To make matters worse, I accidentally left my purse behind. While I am grateful it was turned into Lost & Found and recovered quickly when I returned within minutes, it is concerning that this was the only part of the experience handled with care and urgency.
When we returned to retrieve my purse, my husband calmly shared feedback with the manager on duty. The response was dismissive and lacked any real ownership or concern. There was no meaningful apology, no attempt to understand what went wrong, and no effort to recover the experience.
This is particularly disappointing given our history with your brand:
• Several years as consistent guests
• Active Beer Club members
• Ongoing loyalty tied to our game day routine
Loyalty should mean something — and today, it clearly did not.
I’m not writing for a free meal or a generic apology. I’m writing because this reflects a breakdown in basic service execution, leadership presence, and accountability. Being busy does not excuse neglect, and it certainly does not excuse indifference from management.
I would appreciate understanding what steps are being taken to address this — because experiences like this are exactly how long-time customers quietly decide not to return. I also made a formal complaint. I’m not confident I’ll receive a response.

We made Easter weekend brunch reservations 2 weeks ago. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation today, and it took 15 minutes just to get to the check-in podium. When we did check in, we were told that the wait will be another 30-45 minutes because they were behind. They advertised this amazing brunch for the holiday weekend, and that reservations are "highly recommended" only to make those who made reservations wait an additional 30-45 minutes beyond their reservation time. We went elsewhere and enjoyed our meal, but we will not return to this establishment.

My best friend and I are regulars here, and we typically have great experiences, especially when sitting on the patio with her dog. The service staff is usually very kind, and we’ve never had any issues until this visit.
I do want to acknowledge that it was Easter weekend, and the staff may have been overwhelmed. As a former hotel manager, I completely understand how demanding the service industry can be and how challenging guests can sometimes make a shift. That said, in this situation, we were not being difficult.
While waiting for our table (quoted at 25+ minutes), we were pleasantly surprised that complimentary refreshments were being offered. It was a thoughtful touch. However, there were no trash receptacles available for guests to dispose of napkins, cups, or other items once finished.
When our name was called, the host escorted us to our table. Before he walked away, I politely asked if there was somewhere nearby to throw away our trash. His response was abrupt and unprofessional, he got snippy back, “NO, NOT OUT HERE.” Given my background in hospitality, I found this tone completely unacceptable. The response should have been “unfortunately not out here” followed by directions to the nearest trashcan”
I went back inside to the host stand to ask again where I could dispose of the trash. While my tone was admittedly more aggressive at that point, it was a result of how I had just been spoken to. The female hostess was helpful and provided a small office trash can, though it clearly wasn’t intended for guest use.
Overall, while I appreciate the gesture of offering complimentary refreshments, it would be beneficial to provide accessible trash receptacles for guests. More importantly, a reminder to staff about maintaining a professional and courteous tone, even during busy times, would go a long way in preserving the positive experience this location is known for. Additionally, it may be beneficial to consider using smaller cups for the complimentary juice, as the dispensers they were served in were relatively small. This could help reduce the need for frequent refills. However, my experience is primarily in hotel management rather than restaurant operations.
