- MMMarkApr 6, 20265.0Lardo is the spot! Nice and tight menu with 6-7 sandwich options which helps alleviate decision fatigue. My wife and I split the Bronx Bomber, which was a different take on a Philly cheesesteak. It was very good, tons of flavor. The fries were equally fantastic and nice and crispy. We wish the sandwich had a little more meat, but was delicious nonetheless 🤩🥪.

Ordered a Hot Italian Sandwich which is kinda like a Italian sub made up of various salami, ham and provolone cheese with a slightly spicy relish for about $17. The sandwich was made fresh and took about 5 minutes. The roll was very nice and crispy. I personally prefer a more traditional cold Italian sub with oil and vinegar, but it this something you like go for it. The food court is always busy, so give yourself a little time. Definitely worth a try!

Menu is very small and no other option for sides other than fries. Service was friendly. For a high end food court atmosphere was fine. Prices felt reasonable especially compared to other options at the cosmopolitan hotel.

We ordered the "Beeria" Grilled Cheese $18 and Dirty Fries $8. It was big even for my husband and I to share. The lady at the counter was nice although the register errored out 3 times! Food was greasy and overall not that great. So NOT worth all the hype. My husband felt sick after he ate it!!! Basically overpriced LV food on the Strip in a fancy Hotel.
