  I don’t understand how this is acceptable and when I called to make a complaint, the manager was rude about it very disappointed.

  Let it be known, the older gentleman here is chill. Probably one of the easiest people to order from. Unlike the young lady, who wears glasses, looked less approachable. It’s very apparent she looks miserable/dislikes interacting with people, even when taking simple orders. She does not reciprocate courtesy when being thanked. Simply stares down at you. Food is always good. I asked for extra veggies and the older gentlemen always hooks me up. When i asked the younger lady, I checked the sandwich I ordered and there was so little, to which I believed she didn’t even try to put additional as I requested.

  This is the fifth time I have gone to this location, and everytime I ordered it's been spot on . Since I joined the app I get regular offers to get some food. We went today and OMG both sandwiches for my wife & I were beyond my expectations. The service is great the food was great it's a clean store, I highly recommend this place I highly recommend JJ more so when you also get a discount. Thanks to all there.

  Definitely will not ever order from here again “freaky fast” is not a real thing I ordered at 12pm and called at 1 pm asking on an update mind you I’m pregnant so I’m being really patient The guy that answered said give us like 15-20 minutes we are short staffed and I was like ok understandable I can wait I waited for 20 minutes and still nothing aging I am pregnant and hungry I haven’t eaten lunch yet just snacked I called at 2 pm and it was now 2 hours after I ordered and the guy that answered said oh yeah I’m not able to make your food I ran out of stuff Me super shocked that no one called me to at least let me know my order was not going to be made I said sir it’s been 2 hours and no one called me I called twice already for an update and I’m pregnant I haven’t eaten anything you guys said 15-20 minutes All he could say was we’re short staffed I’ll refund your money no apology just I’ll refund your money So like I said never again will I order jimmy johns !!!! Worst service I have ever received zero stars given !!
