We ordered delivery. We ordered 7 sandwiches and our delivery had an accurate receipt but only 6 sandwiches inside. We called to let them know they forgot one sandwich and the employee argued with us and said the missing sandwich was in the bag and wanted us to come down to the store to prove it. Which doesn’t really make any sense and also defeats the purpose of delivery. We just wanted the missing sandwich or a refund of the missing sandwich and they refused to do either.

I have been ordering for delivery 5 times a week I ordered the same thing as I always do the men answered the call his name was Hunter he had an attitude and kept saying my card keeps on declining I asked him to please run it again he got mad and hung up I'm going to tell my friends and family how he has no customer service skills.

I was the only person in the restaurant when I ordered and no one came in before I left so it was not busy at all and they still managed to get my order wrong. I took the order to go as I was on my way to work so I didn't realize the order was wrong until I was at work and it was too late to do anything about it. Terrible service. Don't go to this location.

This was our first time to a Jimmy John's at our daughter's request, it's her favorite sandwich. Service started good, the person preparing the food when I asked him a question seemed irritated and answered sharply. I knew better than to communicate with him because of his irritated attitude. He handed me our sandwiches and start to walk away. I asked for a bag to put the sandwiches in and as he walked away he told me it's in front you. I looked over the wall and on top of his counter there were bags stacked. I took the bag and bagged my own food and left. I will never go to another Jimmy Johns because of my first experience. I will take my daughter to Subway and have her try their sandwich. For a customer to pay $38.52 for 3 sandwich and have to bag them himself, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
