I’ve ordered from this location for a while now, the last few times I was a little disappointed with my order but I am not a big complainer. However this last time I called to ask for a refund. They sounded frustrated that I called and complained and surprised and I was put on hold for 10 minutes. When I hung up and called back they just said it was lunch rush. I won’t order from them again moving forward. The lettuce looked disgusting and there was a hair when I unwrapped it. I could not eat it.
They did apologize but I was actually disappointed at that point with the customer service.
I found this Jimmy John's location on a whim after taking care of business nearby. I was greeted by Brandon and Christian when I entered and received the best Customer Service from both Brandon & Christian (who is a General Manager), even when handling drive thru orders as well. Christian made all my subs and Gyro to my dietary preferences and not only were they generously proportioned, they were absolutely picture perfect especially when cut in half!
As always, Jimmy John's Jumbo Kosher Dill Pickles (had mine quartered and halved) are fresh, cold, crisp and delicious (should consider selling these by the jar), the sub bread is hearty and flavorful, the meats and toppings are ALWAYS fresh and delicious but most importantly, the service I received from Brandon and Christian was stellar!
I am from another state and here in Las Vegas, NV on business. I'm staying off the Las Vegas strip but I am definitely going to travel to THIS Jimmy John's location on Durango whenever I need my Jimmy John's fix! Thanks Brandon and Christian! You are appreciated 👍

Got a BLT to go and got home and there was zero bacon on my BLT. $10 for a lettuce and tomato sandwich.
Not only did they change their menu, but apparently their customer service as well placed an order for a sandwich. The lady never even asked me what kind of bread I want what kind of toppings I wanted and they didn’t have the bacon to my sandwich. Got an attitude when I asked about why they missed the bacon and why they decided to choose what kind of bread they were gonna give me this place used to have good sandwiches now I will never return terrible service. I would not recommend.

We order from here quite often and love their sandwiches. I love the convenience of the drive thru to pick up my order. Yesterday, was a little different as the guy who was working the window must of been having a bad day. I hope he has a better day today, because that is not the norm for their staff. They are usually very friendly.
