The Legacy Lives On: Sunday Brunch at Jardin (The Artist Formerly Known as Botero) 🥂🌸 I’ve been coming to this specific spot at the Wynn Encore since it was Botero back in 2009. While the name has changed to Jardin, the soul of extraordinary quality and luxurious ambience remains completely intact. This is, without a doubt, one of the best Sunday Brunches on the Las Vegas Strip. A Legacy of Culinary Excellence When you’re at a Wynn property, you know you’re in safe hands, but Jardin still manages to impress. We ordered a spread that covered all the brunch classic cravings: • The Pancakes: Look at the photo—fluffy, stacked, and covered in a rich, vibrant berry compote. It's indulgence in every bite. • The Avocado Toast: Topped with fresh greens and perfectly poached eggs (as seen in image_30.png). A lighter, sophisticated choice. • The Classic Scramble: Served with crispy bacon and robust country bread—simple, yet elevated (image_29.png). Vibe & Service: The name Jardin is perfect. The space is bright, airy, and feels like a chic garden party. The service remains at the gold standard the Wynn is famous for—polished, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Verdict: Jardin is more than just a restaurant; it's a legacy. Whether you're a Vegas regular who misses the old Botero or a first-timer, this is the definitive upscale Vegas brunch experience. Highest recommendation.

We had been excitedly planning our visit to Jardin Las Vegas for weeks. It’s supposed to be one of the highlights inside the Wynn/Encore — that stunning garden-inspired setting, fresh seasonal menu, and upscale yet relaxed vibe perfect for brunch. We specifically carved out time in our tight Las Vegas itinerary just for this place, rearranging our entire morning around it because everyone raves about the crab Benedict, tuna tostada, and the beautiful conservatory atmosphere overlooking the pools and gardens. After a long 30-minute walk across the resort to get there (which was no small feat in the Vegas heat), we arrived full of anticipation only to find the doors completely locked and the restaurant dark with no lights on. There was a little sign at the entrance that said “closed for renovation”, but that was it. We stood there stunned, realizing our carefully planned brunch was completely gone for this trip. To make matters worse, I had checked their official website and Google Map (the “reserve a table” option was available but it’s full) the night before, and there was absolutely no mention of the closure or any disruption in service at that time. It still listed regular hours as if everything was business as usual. This unexpected closure without proper advance notice ruined our morning and honestly cast a shadow over our entire Las Vegas trip. We had hyped it up so much to our group, and scrambling to find a last-minute alternative in a busy resort like Wynn left us stressed, disappointed, and hungry. In a high-end property like this, better communication should be standard — a clear update on the website ahead of time (not just a tiny sign with a vague future date) would have prevented this waste of time and effort. I’ve seen so many glowing reviews about how Jardin transforms an ordinary meal into a memorable experience with its airy, Instagram-worthy space. It sounded like the ideal spot for a leisurely brunch during our Vegas getaway. But showing up after making a special effort and a long trek only to be turned away with minimal explanation feels incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to guests who are already on vacation. We’ll consider giving Jardin another chance when it reopens(hopefully with some improvements and much better transparency), but this experience was a major letdown. If you’re planning a trip to Las Vegas and thinking about Jardin, do yourself a favor and double-check their status right before heading over — and definitely have a solid backup plan. Beautiful concept on paper, but the lack of clear, timely communication turned what should have been a highlight into one of the most frustrating parts of our vacation. Strongly recommend avoiding the hassle until they get their act together. One star for the total lack of consideration for guests who made real effort to visit.

Food and service was great. We didnt have reservations and had to wait about 15-20 minutes on a Sunday. Food prices were high, but thats expected at a higher end hotel restaurant. Highly recommend getting steak and eggs, was phenomenal. Can’t go wrong with this spot if staying at Wynn/Encore

Food is great; however, my waiter not so much. For context, it was me (female), my mom and my 2 children. Waiter had moments that would tell me off in a snooty manner. He would snap and give me passive aggressive offensive remarks. I thought I was crazy until my mom said he sees it too. I'm sad! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas and he managed to kill it for me.

The food is delicious. The drinks are delicious. The atmosphere is great, with light and plants everywhere. However, I don’t understand what is going on with the service. The waitstaff is amazing with service and conversation. However, everything feels a bit slow, as if they are short staffed and I have felt this way with both a full restaurant and a halt full restaurant. The hostesses are not good at seating people, even when you have a reservation they make you sit and wait for them. And the waitstaff seems to be on top of everything except timing. I am left waiting with empty plates and the check for a long time. I am seen 1x at the beginning and then 1x to order. The waiter passes by to check in but you have to flag them down everytime you want anything outside of the initial orders and to get the check. If this one thing was fixed this place would be perfect.
