- CRChris RicaurteApr 4, 20261.0Walked in and was never greeted. A blonde hair woman with pink in her hair, I believe her name is Jayden, was EXTREMELY rude and not pleasant. Since we had a custom order we could not use the kiosk and we waited for 12 min before she even came to take our order. Then she didn't even make eye contact and was completely short and rude. Not the experience you would expect from Jamba. If my 3 kids were not dying to have Jamba this morning I would have walked out. Also as we waited a long time for our food, other patrons walked out due to the time they had to wait in line. From the time we walked in and got our food was 35 min. Unfortunately for this Jamba, they only had one person working.
