  So I came to this location to grab a smoothie to wait out my time at an event near the area, the male cashier (I said he was the manager) was friendly professional and personable, I got my smoothie but it was THICK… not a complaint at all. I was just struggling to get the smoothie up the small straw.. So I asked the female staffers if they had a thicker straw and made the joke that I’d suck my Brian’s through the straw before I got to the smoothie. The one girl said no sorry but we can remix it and thin it. I said no thanks, it’s not worth the trouble to make them do extra work I’ll wait for it to melt a little, I smiled at her and sat back down. Then another girl a blond preppy girl with her nails done (no one wears name tags) came round the corner and kept eye balling me, she stared mw down me for a few straight minutes and did it repeatedly several times within the 30 mins I was sitting there. I’m not someone who is easily intimidated and stared back, she was staring at so hard I asked her several times “what” as if to ask if theres a problem, she finally stopped staring at me but it was pretty damn rude. Another customer came in to get his order and it was incorrect, instead of helping or addressing the mistake order she made a rude faced rolled her eyes at him.. and the WALKED AWAY from him. The male cashier came back to help, after I watched him carry a mass stack of blenders containers to the back. Attitude is a big part of customer service.. you can’t be giving mean girl vibes when your in customer service.. this happened 3/17/26 at 4:00. The rest of the staff were great and the place is clean… However “Regina George” should be fired until she can check her eyes her attitude and give better customer service. I did let the male staffer (possibly the manager) know how I felt regarding the situation. You could feel the awkwardness coming from him as i was giving the feed back, so i highly doubt he will say anything to her…

  Well, we won’t be coming here anymore. I’ve heard others say it but never imagined it would be me. I took a bite out of my Açaí dragon twist bowl & found a paper with listed ingredients. It was torn off of something for food I hope & nothing chemical. We also ordered a strawberry whirl smoothie & my little one engulfed it. This tells me that it was messy in there for this foreign object to be mixed in with my açaí bowl. Spoke with the manager Joshua tonight & he ensured me they would remake or give me a refund. I will take my money & they can have the product back. What’s frustrating is this location is the closet to where we live so will have to go tomorrow. Was not planning on driving out that way.

  Closed the door at 7pm but no sign. Door says open until 8pm. This should be posted outside and online.

  Gea, working the cashier, was extremely rude. I asked for a PB&J, and she told me it's not an item they sell. I have never been told this before. She then asked me how to make it. I told her I did not work there or know how. She told me to look up the ingredients online; at this point I already wanted to leave with the way she was looking and talking to me like I was stupid. She made no effort to even try and help and made me feel very uncomfortable.
