We just left and some lady named Elena took our order at the drive thru, we read the off the menu exactly what the menu says , 2 acai dreams she asked me what size, we said medium we asked for a mango a gogo and a white gummi, finally my friend asks for her acai dream no granola regular which is medium , we got to the window she charged us the last bowl large and thought the first two acai dreams were drinks, we get to the window and shes all rude because we try to fix the order, “you want her to remake it already after shes already making it?” in a rude tone, Maam respectfully i asked for an acai dream never once did she mention a large size, Once we tell her to remake them she tells the other girl making our bowls all rude , she messes them up again and thought we said primo bowls, Mind you we were really clear, i used to worked there and yes the microphones dont work well, but she could have fixed everything without being rude, once we confirm everything she said “what??? i thought you said primo bowls,” in the most condescending tone, me and my friends were about to ask for a refund. she yells to the other girl all mad and stuff, “they want dream bowls now.” Like if they werent the ones who messed up our orders. Once she dropped the food off to us she apologized and realized she messed up and didnt understand what we said. That was nice of her but jamba juice needs to hire employees who dont explode when they get something wrong. she was all red and had us rethinking what we said like if we were wrong when we weren’t. I am very disappointed on how comfortable she was showing how visibly annoyed she was. do better i feel bad for other customers who deal with her. I work in the restaurant industry and im never rude or hostile to my customers. we paid 56$ by the way.

I came in a few days ago and I am still fuming about this. I walked in all happy and joyous to get my White Gummi after a hard days at work. I walked to the front and I was met with major attitude off the bat. This older lady with crazy hair and mean mug of hispanic decent was giving me crazy attitude when I just walked in. I hadnt even ordered yet and this unpleasant thing was just being straight rude. She kept bothering me and pressuring me to order even though I was texting my husband what he wanted to drink. I literally just walked out the store because she was insanely rude to me. Horrible customer service, I feel bad for all her employees for having to deal with that 24/7. Jamba...... Do better. :/

I just had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I drove up to the first intercom and waited for a little bit to see if anyone would take my order. No one came to the intercom, so I pulled up to window and waited and waited and waited. After about 5 to 10 minutes, a lady named Martha comes walking slowly out of the bathroom, drying her hands. When she opens the window, she gives me a dirty look and she starts questioning why I didn’t wait at the first intercom, and I started telling her it’s because no one said anything. We start getting into a disagreement as I don’t like the way she’s talking to me in the first place. I also don’t appreciate the fact that I had to wait for an extremely long time to be serviced, and then once I finally was, no one was polite. Not to mention, Martha was not the only one working in the store, others were present, but not one of them came to the window. Instead, I had to wait for Martha to leave the restroom. With the span of time that Martha was in the bathroom three more cars pulled up behind me not including the car that was already behind me. Finally, after all of the arguing she goes, “Are you gonna order or what?” I almost drove off because she was so rude. Then she starts rushing me telling me she wants me to get out of her drive-through so I need to hurry up and pay. Instead of leaving like she wants me to do, I decide to get a small Razmatazz, and I let her know that if she does anything to my drink that I will call the police. She later screams at me to give her my phone for the tap payment. I give her my phone and she doesn’t even take it. Then I asked for the manager and of course she is the manager so I asked her for her higher ups number. She gives me her personal number and continues to send me to voicemail as I call. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Jamba Juice. Every other time I’ve been to this establishment I have had wonderful experiences. Martha clearly lacks Customer Service and needs more training because that was an awful experience.
