My husband ,my brother my sister and I went to the Gospel Brunch today we were so impressed with the music... it is an amazing experience .. we had such a good time singing, praising and participating with the show was awesome!!!!.But we were so unimpressed with the food. The food was all you can eat served buffet style...We were number one in line so the food should have been hot . it wasn't ,it was lukewarm at best.... there was a great selection : fresh fruit, salad, coleslaw, omelettes (made to order) bacon, scrambled eggs, link sausages, fried and baked chicken, waffles, sausage with gravy, and ham (sliced to order)... for the drinks it was sweetened and unsweetened iced tea, orange juice and water in small cups.. we reserved seats 1 through 4 at table 10 which was too close to really enjoy the view without getting a crick in our neck .(although it did not look like that when we reserved the seats there appeared to be the stage some space and then our seats).. The next time we go (we definitely will be going back). we will be sitting towards the back of the venue to get a full view of the stage... the venue is small but just big enough to enjoy the crowd...also I do not believe it is wheelchair friendly ( me with bad knees) we took an elevator instead of walking down the main flight of stairs to the venue we then had to walk up and down small flights of stairs once downstairs to get the food and drinks... Overall this was a very enjoyable experience and we will be doing it again.😊

It's a pretty good venue. Not too big. Very friendly for alternative music. Security is incredible which is rare, they knew how to handle crowd surfers and everybody is having a great time. There's free water available during shows. Food is affordable. The only downside is the location. Having to navigate through the casino is a bummer but I guess it comes with the territory. Overall a solid 4
I visited on Easter Sunday 2026. I did not enjoy myself. Here’s why:
1) The seating was shoulder to shoulder in tight aisles at Costco-type picnic tables with hard chairs. The tables were covered with butcher-type paper, which was marked with black crayon .
2)The constant movement of people getting up for seconds at the food buffet, wait staff constantly collecting finished plates, and photographers delivering photographs necessitated constant ducking and swiveling in my chair.
3) The entertainment was subpar: A lot of hooping and hollering with not much singing. When they did sing, it became obvious they were not very skilled singers. And finally,
4) The thing which annoyed me the most is the constant demands by the entertainers for the audience to perform: i.e., stand up and clap! Turn to your neighbor and say these words! Raise your hands! Get up! and on and on. They wasted half the time bugging the audience.
As soon as they started the closing prayer (Now bow your heads!), I bolted for the door.
Bought tickets online for the Easter Gospel brunch for a family of four. I selected seats closer to the stage and when we arrived, we stood in line and was seated promptly and able to go to the buffet line and pile our plates up with delicious food. There was fried chicken, barbecue chicken, waffles, salad, coleslaw, fresh, fruit, mac & cheese, bacon, sausage links, eggs and so much more! The show was phenomenal, so much raw energy, so much soul stirring music! The main singer was so inspiring, he kept the audience so engaged, and he was just mesmerizing! We will select seats a little further away next time because the stage is very high so we had to strain our necks looking up for the whole show.

Disclaimer: This is my personal experience. I believe in giving any and all companies the opportunity to revisit and improve if they do not agree with a review. Everyone deserves a second shot.
Stopped by House of Blues for lunch and had a solid experience.
I went with the full rack of baby back ribs, fries, and a nice hazy IPA. There was a live singer jamming in the background, which made the whole lunch feel like more than just a quick bite.
Before the food, quick note on the vibe. Even during lunch, this place brings energy. Live music, people enjoying themselves, and that classic blues atmosphere that feels laid back but still alive. It is the kind of spot where you can slow down and actually enjoy your meal.
Let’s get into it.
🔥 Full Rack Baby Back Ribs
These are a must. Tender, flavorful, and coated with a sauce that hits that balance of sweet and smoky. Meat pulled clean off the bone without falling apart too much. You can tell they know what they are doing with ribs. If you come here, this is the move.
🍟 Fries
Good and consistent. Crispy enough to hold up, soft inside. They did their job alongside the ribs without trying to steal the show.
🍺 Hazy IPA
Smooth, slightly citrusy, and easy to sip. It paired well with the richness of the ribs and kept everything balanced. Solid lunch pairing.
🎤 Live Music
This was the extra layer. Having a singer jamming while you eat just changes the whole experience. It was not overbearing, just enough to create a vibe and make lunch feel like an experience.
Overall, House of Blues delivers more than food. It is an experience. Good eats, good music, and a place you can actually enjoy your time.
I would come back and I would bring someone with me next time. That is always the real test.
