  I was with my family at Hattie’s Bs while my food I had a unfortunate encounter with the cashier she was very moody she was sort of rushing me with my order very unpleasant person very smart mouth I was the 4/1/2026 at Cosmopolitan resort , so I ask for the manager on duty he was just as worst as the cashier I even told him that’s ok I’ll handle this on reviews he replied oh just go right ahead like he didn’t care either after getting my order finally he proceeded to come into the dining area and kept observing me and my family like we were an issue I just wanted to be treated like everyone else she didn’t rush the white people in line she took her sweet time with them , we’re just ALL ORDINARY PEOPLE THE NERVE OF HER

  Service was friendly and the chicken was hot, fresh and flavorful. It looked like the chicken was being made to order. The hot was medium hot so if you want some big spice you may have to go with the options that have a warning on them.

  We probably wouldn’t come back. Chicken tenders were just ok. We didn’t even want to finish them unfortunately. The one saving grace were the crinkle fries! Those were GOOD!

  Chicken is juicy and good. Medium is enough heat for me. But I've been to Nashville and the sides don't compare. They are ok but generic not special. Not much seating although we found a booth. It's a food court.
