  It was really disappointing to visit Häagen-Dazs on the Strip expecting a nice experience with my family, and instead be treated so poorly. We approached the staff politely, and I placed a simple order: one milkshake and one scoop of ice cream in a cup. I specifically asked for a cup, but the employee, Yazbeth, gave me a cone. When I pointed it out, she responded with a rude attitude, took it back, and said they “don’t just give cups,” even though that was my original request. Throughout the interaction, she rolled her eyes, raised her eyebrows, and acted irritated when we asked questions. It felt uncomfortable, especially since I was translating for my mom and we were speaking another language. To make things worse, the total came out to $28 for just a plain milkshake and a single scoop of ice cream with no extras. For that price, you would expect at least basic respect and customer service. Instead, the experience felt dismissive and unwelcoming from start to finish. No one should feel that way when they are simply trying to enjoy time with their family. There are other ice cream shops nearby with much friendlier service, and I would strongly recommend going there instead.

  I visited the 24-hour Häagen-Dazs and Cinnabon at New York, New York in Las Vegas around 3.30 AM for Sonne Coffee. I am normally a very friendly person, I always greet politely, and I rarely ever write negative reviews. I am not someone who complains easily or has high expectations, but this experience was truly disappointing. The team leader on shift, Gabriela, did not greet me at all. no hello, no eye contact. She seemed much more interested in chatting with two employees, one in front of the counter and one behind it, than in acknowledging a customer. When I asked politely if they served cappuccino, she reacted in a noticeably unfriendly and dismissive way. She took my order without a hint of courtesy or professionalism. As I left, she called out “Have a wonderful day darling” in a sarcastic tone. The coffee itself was good, but the level of customer service was unacceptabl. Especially coming from someone in a leadership position. Her behavior does not reflect well on the establishment.
