  Our server, Jose, was amazing and truly went out of his way to make our experience great. He recommended ordering family-style, which worked perfectly for us and made it easy to share two dishes. Next time, we would choose to sit inside the restaurant rather than the outdoor area. Since our food had to come from another level, it arrived cold by the time we received it. The drinks were just okay—we tried a peach bellini and another option on tap, but neither really stood out. We’d be willing to give it another try, this time dining inside to see how the atmosphere compares and hopefully enjoy warmer food. Again, Jose’s service was exceptional and really made a positive difference in our visit.

  Lovely place to enjoy delicious pizza. We had Chicago Tavern Style pizza, it was lip-smackingly good. We ordered the take out. There were 2 ladies on the counter, fortunately we were dealing with a younger looking lady who was very polite and helped us place the right order, as it was our first time at Giordano's. The other older looking lady was RUDE, like extremely RUDE. Sure the place must be minting money and doesn't care about one customer or one review, but having worked in QSR and customer service, this would make me not go to this location or not have to deal with that person if she is on the cash counter.

  La pizza siempre esta deliciosa, pero lamentablemente nos toco compartir espacio con unas personitas totalmente desconsideradas, ya que su platica la llevaban a otro nivel, gritos y carcajadas casi de mesa a mesa, haciendo que todos los comensales del piso, la pasáramos mal, yo creo que estaría bien, que si el personal se da cuenta de cuánto están molestando, les pudieran sugerir que bajen un poco la voz, por que uno va a relajarse y disfrutar de una rica pizza y terminas pasándola súper mal y queriéndote ir lo más rápido posible.

  We had hands down the best pizza we’ve ever tasted tonight — and that’s not something we say lightly. Every bite was incredible: perfectly crisp base, rich, flavourful sauce, and toppings that were fresh, generous, and beautifully balanced. You can tell real care goes into every detail. What made the experience even more memorable was the service. Our server Hector was absolutely fantastic — warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He struck that perfect balance of being there when we needed him without ever feeling intrusive, and his recommendations were spot on. It’s rare to find a place that nails both food and service so effortlessly, but this one truly does. We’ll be talking about this meal for a long time — and we’ll definitely be back.

  Per their website I ordered through Uber Eats at 8:28 to Vdara about 0.3 miles away. Uber said it was being delivered by Giordanos between 9:20 and 9:40 but to contact the location directly as it was being delivered by them. Called at 9:25, told it was 2 mins away. Called at 9:34 and was told driver stuck in traffic. Called again at 9:50 and told that the driver was just picking it up but that they would refund the order due to the delay being lied to but to call Uber to confirm both the delivery (since it was ultimately being delivered by Uber Eats after all) and for the refund. Uber Eats was a total run around but did ultimately refund me but only because even they couldn’t get ahold of the Giordano’s Las Vegas Strip location. Driver ultimately showed up at 10:29 with a cold pizza claiming it was the restaurant’s fault. As for the actual pizza, I’m from Chicago and have been craving the tavern style pizza and know how it should be made. Giordano’s was never my first go-to back home but was always solid. This pizza was VERY cold, WAY overcooked, bland, greasy and super disappointing. Order pizza from someone else while in Las Vegas.
