While we are able in many cases to fulfill same day orders at our Eastern location or for local delivery, we ask for at least 24-48 hours notice to place a cake order (and 72 hours for our Dessert Shop locations), though some designs may require more time. Occasionally, especially during wedding or holiday season, we may be limited by current orders and unable to accept more orders or certain labor intensive designs, so we recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible.

In almost all cases we are able to customize a design. For simple changes like writing or color, requests can be made in the "special instructions" field on the Cart page. Please keep in mind the date of shipping selected at checkout will be the date the items ordered willleavethe bakery, not arrive at their destination. Because of the fragile nature of our cookies, some breakage may occur during transport but will not affect the taste and quality of our treats! We highly discourage shipping cookies via ground during the summer months or once temperatures have reached 80+ degrees as chocolate will melt and the cookies will not arrive in good shape. If you're one of those folks that doesn't mind getting a melty mess (still tastes great!) you can confirm that you'd still like to receive the cookies via ground in the special instructions, but please keep in mind we won't be responsible for the messy state of the cookies 😬. We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible. Generally the earliest orders are able to be shipped is the next business day as they are received. Please be aware, this processing time is not reflected in shipping options. Please choose the appropriate shipping rate and date of shipping to assure your treats arrive within your desired time frame. Please keep in mind we are unable to ship/deliver to P.O. Boxes.
