We ordered the strip steak, two filets with shrimp stuffed with crab from the prix fixe menu, and the tuna poke—and every dish came out perfectly cooked. The loaded baked potato was massive and packed with flavor, easily one of the best sides we’ve had. The service really stood out. The staff worked as a true team—multiple people checking in, clearing plates, even that old-school table scrape. Management came by as well, which says a lot about how they run things. The ambiance is beautiful—upscale but still comfortable. You know how locals always seem to know the real places to go? This is one of those. Definitely worth it if you’re in Vegas and want something just off the Strip that delivers. We’ll absolutely be back.
- KGKia GMar 15, 20265.0We had dinner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar tonight and I’ll be honest… the evening started a little rough, but the way the staff handled it completely turned things around. After being seated, it took about 20 minutes before anyone came to our table and my husband finally had to flag someone down. Not the best start. But once service began, everything shifted. Our waiter Juan P was fantastic. He took great care of us from that moment on. The salads were great, and when we declined drinks he insisted they were on the house. Well… don’t twist my arm! LOL The drinks were excellent!!! There was also a mix-up with our steaks. My filet came out medium when I ordered it rare, but it was corrected quickly and with a smile. Then the manager stepped in and truly went above and beyond. My entrée was comped, the drinks were removed, and dessert was added, nearly $100 taken off the bill. That level of accountability is how you earn loyal customers. Huge shoutout to Juan P and the very generous manager for turning the night around. We’ll definitely be back!
