  My wife and I enjoy a weekday steak house happy hour with dim lighting every week or two, Flemmings Summerlin delivers. A good assortment of well priced drinks, decent wine selection, even a Martini option with gin or vodka and a splash of dry vermouth. The Happy Hour snacks are also tasty, from sliders to seafood options. The lights are low, and the background music sets the stage for a romantic happy hour date.

  Took my uncle for his 84th birthday. In my reservation I mentioned his birthday and when we arrived he was greeted and the table was decorated very tastefully. Had an excellent meal, 5 star service, and the highlight was listening to him excitingly tell others about the great dinner he had in the days following. Thanks for a great experience.

  This visit was more casual in the bar from their bar menu, and the filter mignon sandwich I had was amazing, so tender. I always enjoy the filet when we're in the main dining room, of course!

  I asked for blue rare and they delivered. This is tough for a fine dining steak house when you are just a normal customer, but I was part of a private event, where they had to manage 20 dishes at the same time for 20 people. My steak was cooked perfectly. Service was exceptional. Changed my mind about a chain restaurant.
