  We went there to pick up our phone call order and extra fries after we picked up and left we didn’t get our fries, I tried to call them to get a refund, a lady who answered the call put me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and tried to call them again, the same lady picked up the phone and told me to go back to the restaurant to get my refund, no apologies and no service mind at all even it’s their fault!

  Wingstop never disappoints. The food was absolutely amazing — the wings were fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor, and the fries were perfectly seasoned. Everything came out hot and made exactly the way we wanted. The service was just as great too — the staff was friendly, fast, and made the whole experience easy. You can tell they care about both the food and the customers. Definitely one of my go-to spots, highly recommend!

  I called the store after placing order online asking to please make my wings well done and wet, when I arrived my order was already done which that should have been If the wing had been cooked well done liked I asked then I Check order to see if the were wet they weren’t I told the cashier I wanted them wet he went to the kitchen and they were who I talk to about wanting them wet I honestly dont understand why it’s so hard to just add more sauce instead of passing around my order and asking questions of who I spoke with the “manager” is very unprofessional and it hasn’t been the first time this happened with this so call manager and to make things worse some how no one knows each others name when I ask they just i don’t know we go by nick names his real name is Eduardo I think that was the response I got but we call him big guy my wings were not even hot they were warm but I took them like that I was scared that. The so call manager would do something to my wings this so call manager “big guy” is always chewing gum which is not professional and is always mad if I am paying for my food I expect for it to be as I requested fresh, well done and wet I don’t understand why I can’t get this, I might have to go to another wingstop Maryland and Charleston even though is further
