Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

So basically we were trying to get our change together due to use placing multiple orders on one ticket and he snaps saying I’m let y'all handle that, which was rude.We had a larger bill after but he said we can’t take a larger bill and he pointed at the window. We collect all the fund from each individual and counted in front of him our money at a smaller amount then he said I gotta double check and he takes our money after and he counted the cash himself. Which wouldn’t be an issue but his mannerisms and how he responded was not professional and very disrespectful. After the issue at hand, another employee came to the window and spoke out of common courtesy, which the conversation end in him telling us he loves us and be careful. Mind you it’s 3 personalized orders and he made sure to follow up with great customer service.

When approaching the individual Cristian G. About the issue he simply said they lost the ticket. When asking if something could be done he informed is no and simply too bad about the situation and continued to assist other customers at their arrival. At 35 almost 40 miniutes the cashier Cristian G came to us and informed that they would be able to give us an additional honey butter biscuits which does not compensate for my time. I am from Arizona and never encountered such service from a Whataburger branch before and expected much more. We have left after waiting an hour for one single honey butter biscuit meal. I expect some sort of compensation from whataburger. After this experience I never want to visit a whataburger ever in my whole life. So frustrating
- TTTyrusNov 18, 20255.0Being from Texas, this is the food of my people. Ate here twice during my stay, I will say they lacked in the breakfast department but made some good burgers during lunch. Probably some of the cheapest food you'll find in all of the Strip.

First time I've ever seen a Whataburger that serves alcoholic beverage but I guess that's come to expect it in Vegas
