  Too bad Wendy's is going bankrupt I'm going to miss the cobb salad with a chili dumped on top of it.

  This Wendy’s charges you for a Medium Combo and an extra $1 for it automatically. I ordered two combos that were priced $1 above menu price and when I asked about the extra charges I was told their system automatically does this and that they are sorry. Sorry don’t cut it when you over charge people. I will never eat Wendy’s again over this.

  “I’ve been coming to this location regularly because, unlike many others, they maintained decent quality. Not this time. I was asked to pull around for fresh food and waited 15 minutes with my 2- and 9-year-old. When I went inside, they’d forgotten part of my order—it just sat there. No apology. They handed me a baked potato shoved in a burger box, barely topped, and smaller than my hand. I asked for a refund because at this point, my toddler had waited nearly 30 minutes. They ignored me for another 15 minutes. Finally, the manager gave me a refund, claiming it came out of his pocket because corporate doesn’t allow refunds—ridiculous. I never expected this place to become just another disappointing experience, but here we are.”
