I ordered 2 bacon and cheese potatoes, three large chilis, sour cream and chives on the side, 10 piece chicken nuggets ( extra crispy), 2 drinks, and a frosty fusion. I was given my order and reciept and told to have a good day. All i was given was my 2 drinks and 3 baked potatoes. I was charged for a sour cream and chives potato not the side of sc and chives. I pointed it out and was asked to wait in the mobile parking spot it took a long time for them to bring out the remainder of my order. While waiting i ate some of my nuggets, not only were they not extra cripy, but allready cool. There was no plastic wear or napkins in my bag, i was charged for a 3 nugget sauces and not even given the bbq i asked for. The lady seemed bothered by having to bring out my chili and frosty and then i asked for the sc and chives, i didnt even bother asking for the potato to be refunded. All together this was an over $50 lunch! Seems very high for a fast food lunch. Get home and neither the potatoe or chili were actually hot and honestly the chili was not at all what i remember their chili being. It was very liquidy, not thick like chili should be and just not much to it. I was really craving good chili and basically got some bean soup.

I realized the order was missing the sauce before I realized it was inedible, so I went inside to get the sauce. The girl at the register said I had to pay for extra sauce and couldn't understand I was Just in the drive through and they forgot it in the first place. I heard wendys is closing over 100 stores due to slowing sales and I can only wonder why sales are down. They want you to pay 7 dollars to eat this.
