Got a meal deal and everything was cold, thankfully I got a frosty so it was supposed to be cold. I realized the order was missing the sauce before I realized it was inedible, so I went inside to get the sauce. The girl at the register said I had to pay for extra sauce and couldn't understand I was Just in the drive through and they forgot it in the first place. I heard wendys is closing over 100 stores due to slowing sales and I can only wonder why sales are down. They want you to pay 7 dollars to eat this.

Went through the drive through about an hour before closing and Ruby was the sweetest girl running the window. She provided exellent service and made my day so much better. Thank you so much Ruby! I will definitely be back at this location more often :3c

We live very close to this Wendy's. We come here often and in general have pleasant experiences. However, today finally made me write this review.
We sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to say "Hi, just a minute." or "We will be with you in a moment." SOMETHING! But nothing. So, we thought, maybe the speaker was broken and so we pulled around to the window.
Once we got to the window, the young-looking male told us that they couldn't take our order at the window. We reluctantly pulled back around to the speaker, where he took our order.
He didn't apologize to us, or say anything about the mishap before. We got our food (with the wrong size drink), and went home. We'd had already been there for over 20 minutes.
We will return, but we hope for a better experience next time.
