After placing my order and paying, I was told to pull into the mobile order parking spot to wait. There was no one ahead of me and maybe one car behind me—the dining room also appeared empty. I waited outside for about 20 minutes with no update. When no one came out, I went inside to ask about my order. A staff member checked and realized the person who took my order never entered it into the system—even though my payment was already taken. They then asked me to repeat my order and immediately rushed to throw the nuggets into the fryer. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and didn’t trust that the food would be prepared properly, so I decided to leave instead. I also didn’t want to risk issues with a refund or being charged again, given how disorganized the situation was. Very disappointing experience overall.
