    Thursday, Dec, 11, 2025. Candice, 2:09pm black women. And im black. The most rudest worker ever. Asked the manager for the order and they still messed up. She gave me te middle finger. Specifically drive thru employee. I WILL NEVER COME Back. You mess up hiring events. Just close this place down.

    I stopped by for a 3 rd try for apple pecan salad, it’s 10:22 am. Not realizing the time I thought it’s a salad, no cooking involved. Employee informed me only breakfast till 10:30. I replied it’s a salad and by the time I get to window it will be 10:30 she replied No come back at 10:30. So they’d rather give up a sale to enforce a cutoff time. I informed her I won’t stop here ever again. she repeated the breakfast schedule again to me. I left. What the hell has happened in this world customer service is down prices are up and nobody gives a damn about anything anymore I’ve gone to McDonald’s at 10:25 1020 and I’ll cook you a hamburger even though they’ve got five minutes to go for breakfast resident and lose a sale for the day Dave would be very upset and it goes against their policy at Wendy’s. They used to be good, but you’re right all the hamburgers. Every time I get one it’s cold. It’s not fresh cooked anymore unless you request it I won’t be back to the store Three times was enough.

    Every single time I go to this place , my food is NEVER FRESH.. ALWAYS COLD. STOP BEFORE YOU GO HERE.

    Crappy, bare bones interior. They do not take credit card inside. They said I'd have to leave and go thru drive thru if I wanted to pay with a credit card.
