I stopped by for a 3 rd try for apple pecan salad, it’s 10:22 am. Not realizing the time I thought it’s a salad, no cooking involved. Employee informed me only breakfast till 10:30. I replied it’s a salad and by the time I get to window it will be 10:30 she replied No come back at 10:30. So they’d rather give up a sale to enforce a cutoff time. I informed her I won’t stop here ever again. she repeated the breakfast schedule again to me. I left. What the hell has happened in this world customer service is down prices are up and nobody gives a damn about anything anymore I’ve gone to McDonald’s at 10:25 1020 and I’ll cook you a hamburger even though they’ve got five minutes to go for breakfast resident and lose a sale for the day Dave would be very upset and it goes against their policy at Wendy’s. They used to be good, but you’re right all the hamburgers. Every time I get one it’s cold. It’s not fresh cooked anymore unless you request it I won’t be back to the store Three times was enough.

Schitt I waited for more than 10 minutes to even place our order nobody in line but me I'm not even exaggerating I got there at 6:35pm didn't get back to the house until a Lil after 7 with no food ..... after waiting forever to place the order it came out in less than 5 minutes, cold fries and I asked for fresh fries so I checked the burgers and they were almost warm they would've been ice cold by the time the fresh fries came out and I got home so I just asked for a refund it's sad the 2 Wendy's locations near home always give us cold food the Carl's Jr across the street isn't any better but the prices keep going up
